運動完吃東西會全被吸收運動時間都和吃飯時間相近的我怎麼辦 - 運動

我早上有空腹運動ㄉ習慣,早餐要吃什麼容易飽又不會胖ㄋ還有在學校是吃營養午餐,有沒有什麼小動作是可以省掉多於油脂ㄉ
