運動完後攝取的營養-增長肌肉我是名學生沒有減重的打算,平時有在做重量訓練。想請問一下,我記得運動完後一小時內,是身體吸收營養最好的時候,麻煩請告訴我肌肉該攝取哪些營養?有哪些食品(飲品)能幫助肌肉生長?喝牛奶有幫助嗎?溶泡式的奶粉呢?
