有請問各位體育專家們!~~我在很久沒有做運動的情況下做了很激烈的運動!!!伏地挺身100...仰臥起坐100...還有很多..是一個審核六七年沒這樣我很清楚身體會受不了..隔天起床整個身體都痠到不能動!!!我想問各位大大的是,請問我目前能持續的運動嗎??還是要等到這種肌肉痠痛的感覺消失才能繼續,如果要�
