我聽說可以藉由多喝水及按摩盡速痊癒想請問大家要如何才能多少避免這種運動後的肌肉痠痛有些時候運動完隔天也不會肌肉酸痛啊有些朋友跟我做一樣的運動他們肌肉酸痛的次數都比我少感覺體能差不多啊...
