我是男生身高180體重72公斤最近想要去慢跑還特地買了雙跑鞋我家社區有一個小湖跑一圈大約是兩公里由於還是學生晚上要上班只有一天放假所想趁放假的那天來運動一下今天有去跑跑一圈大概20~30分鐘..我想問一下我要跑幾圈才會達到減肥.健身效果另外運動完後要過多久才可以吃東西因為我是下午5點��
