我是要做運動減肥(慢跑)我應該是要哪個時間做運動比較好呢?如果是傍晚時運動那我要先吃飯再運動還是先運動再吃飯那運動前後的伸展運動要怎麼做啊?是要慢跑減肥那運動後的大小腿應該要怎麼舒緩呢?怎麼做?還是要擦什麼來舒緩?我的大小腿都因為過肥而有肥胖紋(我很多我不是誇張的)那運動後要買�
