我想問明明有運動,為什麼卻瘦不下來?是我運動的方式錯了嗎?一個禮拜大概兩三天會去公園騎腳踏車然後走路15分鐘這樣的運動量不知道算不算大(但我都有流汗)目前163cm75kg很想快點瘦下來...但不要叫我吃減肥藥還是吃代餐..謝謝!
