因想要訓練自己的體力,故目前有打算每天都要跑跑步或是踩腳踏車,但因為有時醫院運動就會痠痛,請問要怎麼訓練自己讓自己的肌肉可以不再那麼酸痛,希望可以提供我一些方法可以讓我每天都跑步或踩腳踏車約三十分鐘以上,謝謝~~~
