最近工作忙,一直加班,坐辦公室坐到腰痠背痛、胸悶不舒服Q_Q朋友建議除了去按摩還可以試著透過運動來改善,有什麼方便簡單又適合女生的運動呢???想說平常下班可以找個幾天去動一動~
