1.為什麼在重量訓練後做有氧運動比較有效果,是什麼原理??我的作法有氧(熱身)15分→重訓1.5小時→40分有氧我的做法對嗎??還是有更有效率的方法.....我體脂肪過高,所以非常注重有氧.
