我因腳受傷在家休養,家中又有舉重床,就想綀一下身體,但我綀二個月卻看不到成效,我91公斤、183公分,想請各位健身達人,該怎麼綀比較有成效?每天的課表如哪個部位重量、幾下、幾循環,我現在只能做上半身,所以就胸、腹、手臂的訓綀為主,請各位先進指點,謝謝^^
