我升高一身高174體重59暑假一個星期有三天到健身房想請問做完重量訓練後飲食方面的問題朋友說:運動完一個小時不能吃東西會胖還有運動完不能吃甜的這說法正確嗎??那我運動玩吃雞排配牛奶這樣蛋白質夠嗎還是要吃更多?二頭肌胸肌有感覺在變大腹肌連形狀都沒出來除了去健身房外在家時做仰臥起坐!
