想請問做重量時的訓練順序為何?在我的觀念裡,以為是先做完一個肌群在做另一肌群可是最近被朋友糾正不該是這樣,這樣容易造成肌肉負荷太重造成受傷他說他們球隊教練教的是,一肌群做一組,接下去做另一部位的肌群要每個不同部位肌群這樣循環練。哪種才是正確的訓練方式?因為同一肌群在每��
