上次看有人說.練習時速度要放慢.要讓肌肉去體會重量的感覺.次數少沒關係.重要的是讓肌肉撐在那重量的時間要久.自己練習了之後.反覆比較速度放慢跟速度快一點(不刻意非常快).發現有不同的感覺.例如速度慢的話.次數很少.假設9下.花了40秒速度快的話.次數較多.假設14下.也是花了40秒因為力量有限.同�
