我想要在近一個月內盡量把上半身的肌肉都給練起來~我知道時間太短~但我只是想要有稍微的線條出來就可以了~不想要像小孩子一樣都是黏在一起,完全沒有線條感!!不好看~"~這幾天我有跟一個人聊~我有說到我去健身房完~或者自己做伏地挺身等等運動後隔天就都會肌肉酸痛就無法繼續訓練了!!他是�
