長期失眠真的很痛苦,有辦法可以補救嗎? - 運動

我已經失眠很久了,平均都大概要半夜三點或是天亮才能睡著但早上上班就常常遲到而且也沒精神也有使用了安眠藥一陣子,但是那要是習慣了真的不是很好我睡前也都會做運動或是一些可以幫助睡眠的小運動不過還是沒有什麼成效耶………有人可以有什麼好方法嗎?
