請問有健身朋友們我身高174/64我每個禮拜會去健身房三次左右做重訓每次大概都1小時左右已經去一個月了感覺胸肌還有腹肌形狀沒有很明顯耶如果真的要說線條有比較明顯點~大概健身房那些機器都有使用~是我做錯嗎??感覺都沒什麼進展好有挫折感~另外我想降體脂肪感覺小腹好難瘦我有在健身房做腹部�
