小弟我這有關於在家健身方面的問題想請教一下=================================像我目前是176-74我都只舉10-15磅用槓來舉的方式居多請問我該要怎麼練才會變成肌肉型...!?我目前都在家自己訓練有仰臥版(斜的)舉重的...也有喝乳清淡白但是我沒有方法我都自己上網看怎麼做不知道這樣效果怎麼樣..想請大大教些��
