我平常都有上健身房做重訓因為肚子就是瘦不下來..所以開始想要以無油ㄉ方式來訓練我平常所吃ㄉ是白飯~~饅頭..烤蕃薯..水煮牛OR雞胸肉..還有燙青菜~~~還有像自助餐ㄉ稀飯....這些東西應該都是算無油ㄉ食物吧...還是有哪些不能吃ㄉ東西??或是還可以有哪些可以吃ㄉ???還是要怎ㄇ吃來搭配重訓???因為目�
