小弟目前身高188體重88左右目前想練的是腹肌我有去買那種健身房的仰臥起坐健身板也有可拆式槓心跟兩片10磅槓片仰臥起坐動作兩手各拿10磅啞鈴做45度角~75度角每天早上起床刷牙洗臉後仰臥起坐50下在去上班吃早餐然後晚上晚餐1H之後的健身順序如下:50~60下仰臥起坐→30~50分鐘的單手20磅啞鈴訓練(每10~20
