關於增強力量(腿力手力...)卻又不增大肌肉的方法 - 健身

如提所說..我想問~現在有能練力量又不會增加肌肉的方法嗎?就是讓一個人看似瘦小卻能發出強大力量的感覺!!至少這樣比較有出乎意料的感覺...而且肌肉太多反而不怎麼好看..請問有人知道嗎?有什麼飲食跟運動健身能做到這樣..還是說只能天身神力才有辦法??
