想請問一些健身問題,最好是能針對以下問題有詳細解答本人22歲女170公分46KG體脂19.8%主訴求是想增重尤其是胸跟背部(本人有點單薄但因為之前有跳過街舞所以腰腹腿都還算蠻有力的唯獨胸背鍊不起來才想重訓希望能像韓國女星一樣尤其是泫雅><上網看關於女生的重訓菜單實在有點少加上有些器材��
