關於慢跑的問題.及慢跑延伸出的疼痛 - 運動

最近慢跑時.一定時間腰部右上方部位都會開始疼痛請問那部位主要器官有哪些?我習慣跑30分鍾左右.而有時因疼痛.我就改成步行2-3分鐘當疼痛緩和後再開始跑.請問這樣還有同30分鍾運動效果嗎?還是要從頭跑30分鍾呢?為了瘦身.我會穿著厚外套跑步.讓它飆汗.會更助於減肥嗎?眾多問題麻煩各位了~謝謝
