哈囉各位大大我想最近的資料:)1.女生一天最高攝取的熱量是多少?2.標準的體重該怎麼計算*我要瘦身~~~~~~~~~~不過我一直找不到方法看了網路上很多瘦身的經驗可是還是不知道該從何做起還有想詢問哪方面運動消耗熱量比較快我個人是晚上都會去公園快走那這樣算不算運動急急急~~~~~~~~~~各物大大幫幫忙喔
