請問大家個人妳自己覺得就好或是比較專業的人回答都可以哦只想看想法:)))~早上空跳一千下(目前本人國二已習慣空跳不需怕我太累唷^^)然後9~10點我都跳10分中的操(雖然很討厭這個操但會流汗昂也不太累)中午就~~壓壓腿左右各30(慢速度壓)下午就打球2~3小時晚上就空跳一千(如果換成跑步10分鍾還是15分比
