我喜歡去健身房把自己ㄉ肌肉練大練硬...但又想去練瑜珈讓筋肉不要太緊繃(因為我ㄉ背很容易酸痛~肩膀也會酸硬)有什麼方法可以魚與熊掌兼得勒??
