各位大大好!我現在早餐正常吃!!午餐也是正常吃ㄧ個便當這樣晚餐就吃燙青菜加ㄧ顆水煮蛋!7點後就不在吃了會喝水!還有每天都會跳繩500下還有慢跑都有15分以上我從9/4號到現在過5天了我165公分61公斤但是我都沒變瘦..是我的方法錯誤還是!??我有時會喝飲料是低糖的!我男生
