我看過別人的文章說抬腿會瘦........但後來想想有人說過"長時間的有氧運動才是瘦身的方法"那抬大腿應該沒什麼效頂多也只會練出肌肉吧...?所以我安排一個禮拜2次30~40分鐘的慢跑會比天天抬大腿有效吧~~@@才能真正的瘦到肚子和大腿???PS.我有搭配飲食....盡量少喝飲料
