我媽媽在坐著的時候,再站起來膝蓋就會很痛,可是痛完走久了就沒事了!!!醫生說這種狀況會越來越糟,也知能吃維骨力來改善可是我媽媽長期都有在吃了!!那我想知請問有人有這情況,或專業人士有什麼方法或者飲食方面可以做改善?!謝謝
