想問各位如何用運動來減重呢我19歲身高172體重卻有76...(常吃炸雞類==)看起來比較胖的部位是大小腿肚子腿部跟肚子實在有夠難瘦的...目前每天跑操場30分鐘(砂地1圈400公尺)重量訓練也都平均15~20分仰臥起坐150下一星期5天運動2天休息也有再注意吃的方面但是無論如何都不太會瘦==正確說是很慢以前胖到90�
