大家好囉~可能是基於家族遺傳的關係,我的各處筋骨關節似乎挺容易受傷的...病史也挺豐富:髖關節-慢性關節炎-約五年前因受傷後的不當處置造成的,現已幾乎痊癒,但天氣大轉變時;或劇烈運動後如跑步(慢跑中長距離也會)當晚或隔天通常會很痛脊椎-椎間盤折傷-數個月前,沒打羽球時沒發現有人在後方用水
