我目前是高三生在半年就要面臨學測有體力讀才能不被淘汰。最近感到體力無法負荷。有時身體太累讀不下去。體力越來越差,走個4層樓也會喘!!想請問有什麼除了運動外,能改善體質的方法。例如:健康的菜單,睡眠習慣,生活作息之類的...對了!我不太敢吃某些生菜小黃瓜就是其中一種.........Sho
