身高174體重62看體重跟身高的話因該是正常的比例不過身上肥肉比肌肉還要明顯的發達有工作,做麵包的平均一天上八個小時都站著。想發問的事,我該如何規劃飲食的控制例如一天之內只攝取多少熱量?從禮拜一到禮拜日之間的菜單有哪些?現在我是個學生只有六日有晚上這段時間可以運動所以禮拜��
