我今年小六會駝背晚上睡覺的時候還有平時會覺得呼吸有點困難用手摸一摸脖子後面會摸到凹起來的骨頭肩膀後面兩塊也有凹起來聽說嚴重的話要動手術我很害怕有什麼改善的方法?一定要看醫生嗎?我也有看強迫自己要抬頭挺胸可是久了背後就會痠背後的那兩塊骨頭還有脖子後面的和呼吸的問題會好嗎?.
