我現在正在放暑假因為爸媽都要上班,自己在家很無聊,所以整天幾乎都在上網一天差不多都持續4~5小時左右我晚上也都會失眠,雖然很累,但是還是睡不著早上都滿早起床的,有的時候也會越睡越累加上我運動細胞不太好,這幾天想要慢跑,做運動但是不知道位什麼,就是覺得全身沒什麼力氣,沒精神覺得體力比�
