要鍛鍊強健的體魄首先要的是訓練,這個大家都知道,但我想請問要怎麼鍛鍊身體才不會減少身體的使用年限?而又能練出速度耐力和力量?P.S.很多體育選手在40-50歲時就不能走路或手不能動了!怎樣才能必面又能鍛鍊阿?
