我是一個國中生,想開始好好訓練自己,我通常放學有2~3小時可以訓練,請幫我排一些組合,我希望各方面平均,敏捷部份可以多加一些,列出來之後請說明是訓練什麼的,也可以列出一些在家也可以做的訓練,感謝摟!!
