我每天早餐和晚餐都是吃一顆蕃茄(不是小蕃茄)中餐就都吃菜喝湯,不吃飯每天也都固定在運動,下午兩點運動一次,晚上六點再運動一次每天照做完全不馬虎,已經一個月了體重確實有下降,之前不能穿的褲子也可以穿了這點我還蠻高興的!!!但是!!我的體脂肪一直在打轉,一下是35一下是34都沒有下降,請問是哪�
