如題目!我現在是高中生早上7點到晚上6點都在學校午餐在學校吃所以無法決定烹煮方法與菜色晚餐在家裡吃爸爸都會煮所以也無法決定烹煮方法與菜色大概都7點左右吃晚餐!到家裡都很晚了也不能晚上出去運動想請問各位大大像我這種生活要怎樣減肥?還有飲料與水的部分在家平常可以喝飲料嘛?還�
