其實我現在已經三十五了,但我從滿三十就有這種感覺了我想是不是現代人都這樣呢?我十幾二十歲時高中專科都是半工半讀,那時年輕都很晚睡但早早起來工作,除了工作唸書睡覺當然沒其他時間做正當有氧的運動,生為現代人還是很有壓力的,遇到假日週末偶爾熬夜KTV狂歡喝酒,但那時年輕退酒很快
