膝蓋痛原因很多有人說是肌力不足好那若是這樣要怎樣增加肌力??????以前我去上皮拉提斯老師有對症下藥所以那一陣子我的膝蓋確實不痛了^_^但是她上課所教的動作很多我不確定是哪一些動作有效請問皮拉提斯或者有氧運動裡面有哪些動作可以增加肌力使膝蓋不痛??????
