我高一173cm55kg(很會吃卻吃不胖)我扁平足..有影響?我想要進田徑隊但是要12秒多以內才能進我一直以來都14秒多,最快是14.1秒我都用前腳掌跑,也看了很多高手的姿勢..之類於是我從12月3號就開始苦練了然後昨天自己測了一下14.6秒,都沒進步......我的練法是:先暖身操>1000公尺慢跑>抬腿走+跑4趟>漸速跑50
