不好意思我想問一下我目前健身也有一段時間ㄌ身高183體重69體脂肪大概維持在10~11之間但是肌肉一直無法變厚變大(是有變大但不是很明顯)所以我想要飲用乳清蛋白我要問ㄉ是乳清蛋白重訓完吃ㄉ化肌肉會變大但如果是腹肌訓練ㄉ話呢?(我做ㄉ是網路上ㄉ"8分鐘腹肌訓練")會不會讓腹肌變得太大呀��
