最近小弟開始練起身體但是對目前自己練的方式不知道對不對希望有熟戀的大大們來幫小弟指點指點目前每天練的運動分別有:滾輪健身棒伏地挺身現在滾輪的次數是第一回30下之後3組每組5下健身棒則是倒Uㄍㄧㄣ住30个8拍伏地挺身方面5組每組11下晚上偶而會出去慢跑幾圈@@或許成績不是很漂亮==小的真的
