一天兼兩職,如何顧好身體並減重? - 運動

由於經濟壓力,現在早晚兩份工作,從早上7點起床到晚上10點多到家,兩工作間有半小時吃晚飯,但都吃的很趕,晚上下班回家總是東摸摸西摸摸,有時拖到1點才睡覺,結果都睡不飽...有沒有人有好的建議,幫我做好時間規劃,怎麼吃?什麼時間睡及運動最好?要做什麼樣的運動?
