我主要想練手臂的肌耐力,不曉得肌耐力跟"健身"有沒有分別?1.請問啞鈴該怎麼舉才有最直接的效果呢?就是說可以一次練到比較多地方或是說像類似基本功力那樣的舉法!2.我目前只有兩種舉法,一個啞鈴拿在手上然後舉高90度,請問拳頭的方向有差別嗎?例如向拳眼朝前或是掌心朝前!再來就是雙手�
