1500跑步問題 - 跑步

之前有跑過(1500m)大概7~8分(跑到最後100m還能衝但我還想再快一點請問我該做哪些訓練?我也知道要兩吸一吐和穩定的速度我想每天早起做點訓練該做哪些?而且之前跑完時有點喘不過氣...麻煩給我多一點建議(!)-----------10點------------...Showmore
