就是伏地挺身的姿勢但是不用腳只用手這項運動要怎麼練呀我知道這需要很大的臂力跟腰力我臂力應該是夠了主要是腰力不夠腳無法離地所以想請問一下要如何練腰力才能強到可以腳離地謝謝回答
