我是國二生女!我買了至少有5本減肥書有毛巾操瑜珈伸展運動等等....都是幫助瘦身的可是我每次都失敗我已經減肥半年了幾乎每次都三分鐘熱度...瘦了又胖胖了又瘦一直反覆著本來我48公斤現在已經變成58公斤!!!大大很誇張對吧!!!我明明有我很喜歡的美女想跟他們一樣可是我的毅力每次就只能三分鐘熱度
