聽聽我的煩惱吧!!小弟今年17歲高二身高170體重56.4我的身高從一年前就再也沒長高過了,只有體重變輕了,原本60公斤,變成了56...==這樣算不正常嗎?運動的話,上學騎腳踏車通勤,大約花1小時多(上放學)每天有空都會打最少1小時的籃球,回家舉舉啞鈴,差不多是這樣.....但還是1公分都沒長...唉~運動方面請也給點�
